
Steps:
1. Company Name Reservation
Choose a unique company name and apply for name approval at the Office of Company Registrar (OCR).
2. Prepare Required Documents
Prepare documents such as:
Citizenship copies of shareholders
Memorandum of Association (MOA)
Articles of Association (AOA)
Company objectives and details
3. Submit Application to OCR
Submit the online application and required documents to the Office of Company Registrar.
4. Pay Government Registration Fees
Pay the prescribed registration fee according to the authorized capital of the company.
5. Receive Company Registration Certificate
After approval, the Office of Company Registrar issues the Company Registration Certificate.
6. Obtain PAN / VAT Registration
Register the company at Inland Revenue Office to get PAN or VAT number.
7. Open Company Bank Account
Open a bank account in the company’s name for financial transactions.
